Former Attorney General Bill Barr has denied a claim by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) that the Justice Department in 2020 “terminated the investigation” into allegations that President Biden was involved in a $5 million bribery scheme during his days in the Obama White House.
“It’s not true. It wasn’t closed down,” Barr told The Federalist on Tuesday of an FBI informant’s allegations that then-Vice President Joe Biden took the money in exchange for policy decisions. “On the contrary, it was sent to Delaware for further investigation.”
Raskin, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, claimed to reporters Monday that he had “not heard that this is part of any ongoing investigation,” calling the bribe claim “secondhand hearsay” and mentioning that it “surfaced after Rudy Giuliani was making particular allegations” about Ukraine and the Biden family in early 2020.

Not to be pedantic, but sending it Delaware would be the same thing as closing the investigation . . .
Ex. How much does he actually know about it?
Nothing anyone says is believable. It may be true but one cannot believe it just because some important dude says it. They all lie more easily than hey tell the truth. It is such a habit that they sound like they are lying even when they tell the truth.
