“The findings raise potentially concerning findings that deserve further study, but do not practically reflect what occasional or even frequent ingestion of sucralose-sweetened food and beverages have on health,” Dr. John Damianos, a hospital resident at Yale School of Medicine, told Medical News Today.

I've been using it over 20 years, and don't plan on stopping. Cancer schmancer. Three of my six family members died of lung cancer. One died of a stroke. My only brother died of a massive heart attack at the age of 51. They all smoked their whole life. I never smoked anything in my 75 years. No one else in my family lived to be 75. I'll be 76 in August, the Good Lord willing.
I’m waiting for someone to find out what’s bad about “Zero Sugar” drinks. They taste far better than “Diet” drinks.

Any fake food is bad for the human body.
Fake baby food, formula, is worse than breast milk.
Fake fats, hydrogenated vegetable oil is not good for you.
Fake sugar is not good for you.
And now the elitists are trying to force fake meat on us, as if that’s a good thing.
Nope. No thanks.
From Yahoo Life:
“ Erythritol is touted as a zero-calorie sweetener. It is a sugar alcohol that occurs naturally in fruits such as watermelon, grapes, and pears, as well as in fermented foods such as soy sauce and cheese.”
…
“ The link to cardiovascular events came to light in a study published in 2023. Study findings show that those with levels of erythritol in the top 25% range had twice the risk of cardiovascular issues as those in the lowest 25% range. Researchers think erythritol may increase the chances of blood clot formation.”
Erythritol is often found in stevia sweeteners.
