I don’t think you have enough information to say that. Neither is there any information that can predict the success or failure of Ukraine or Russia’s next moves.

Boy, this almost 6 minute video is something else.

Russian rebels have been so surprised at their successes they have expanded their number of towns to attack and may be staying in the invaded Belgorod spaces for a while.

Prigozhin is Pixxed. As his troops were withdrawing they found their route was peppered with mines. Then as they were dealing with the mine situation they were shelled by other Russian forces. P says he will now keep his movements secret from Russian command. Kadarov put his 2 cents in, but I was unclear about his intent which recently seemed hostile to P.

Ukraine soldiers have moved back into areas that wagner has just left. Some losses, but mostly succeses. The comments here are also interesting. Someone suggested producing a comedy show like MASH.

On the whole it seemed a good day for Ukraine in this video.

While only a slice of a somewhat limited area of Ukraine and border oblast there was nothing here that hints of any Russian advances that seemed to have appeared elsewhere.

I remember the Kherson offensive/Khereson was never going to happen and/or that it was a massive failure.

Or the war was going to end in two weeks.

Or the Ukrainian army was surrounded, cut off, and going to surrender five or six times.

Or just wait till the massive Russian Winter Offensive

Or Zelensky was going to flee the country

I can go on and on.

All said by the same people who are talking smack now.

You would think the humility in being proven wrong over and again would temper future predictions.

I guess not.

One thing I will say. If the counter offensive doesn’t happen I will be man enough to admit I was wrong, unlike others.

Russia takes Bakhmut, turns around and two weeks later makes a mess out of keeping it and the entire front line. This needs to be in future military texts about how to throw away a hard won victory. I can't blame Prigozhin for publicly and calling out the Russian command over this.
