Actually, he is more likely to be molested by a public school teacher. When the molestations by priests was going on, somewhere I saw a stat for teachers molesting young children, but not a peep about that from the media. And the school districts basically just move the offender around to other schools, rather than get rid of them or call the police.

In Africa in many internal rebel type conflicts “child soldiers” are prized because they can be indoctrinated, trained and easily managed to kill at will.

If you get 30 in a month in one city multiply that by 1000 cities and within 18 months you have an army ready to kill.

They might take them across the border to Mexico and brainwash them and train them, and guess what, they come back as trained killers who look and sound like average American kids.

If active, it's not nearly to the extent it was.

I haven't set foot in Cleveland in about a decade, but I used to work in the Valley. There was a place called the Calla Club that I was told was a mob hangout. Never went there, although the kid who told me had some mob connections (his dad and uncle, but since his dad passed when he was a kid, he seemed to have avoided that life).

He could have been pulling my leg, and it's probably been 20 years...

Addendum - the reason the "mob connection" of the Calla Club came up was our boss wanted to have a business luncheon there. So the guy who told me brought it up to advise the CEO that maybe he would be better off picking somewhere else.

Still possible he just didn't like the food and wanted an excuse to go somewhere else.
