Former two-term New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie returns to New Hampshire in the week ahead when the 2016 GOP White House contender is expected to launch a 2024 campaign for the Republican presidential nomination.

Sources familiar with Christie’s thinking say that the former governor will formally launch his campaign on Tuesday evening at a town hall at Saint Anselm College’s New Hampshire Institute of Politics.

Word that Christie would be declaring his candidacy for president for the second time came a day after his allies launched a super PAC to support the former governor’s 2024 presidential campaign.

The formation of the group, Tell It Like It Is, was considered a key step ahead of Christie’s expected entry into the White House race.

Contrary to popular opinion Chris Christie and Mike Pence are not only running to attack Trump. Christie will want to start attacking Ron. Pence will as well like every other candidate. A la Ted Cruz in 2015 they will be hoping they be the one to eventually take on Trump solo.

We need alternatives to Trump and DeSantis. Endless indictments will keep Trump from the White House quicker than his own self sabotage. Desantis is already mildly imploding

It’ll take a powerful rocket to launch Christie. Is there such a thing?

No we don't.

Man-up and quit letting the Left and GOP-E and the Globalists manipulate you in doing what they want.

Or…….just find the nearest hill and roll down it. Not a chance in the world. Just doing his part to engineer a brokered convention against Trump.

I doubt it.

Alternatives are fine but let me know when you find one that can break the 5% mark. Milk-toast Mike and Crispy Cream Chris can't get 5% if they combined their support. I think Trump is our best and only chance in 2024. I don't care what the corrupt democrats try to do to stop him. They are the biggest scumbag criminals in American history. I just saw decrepit Joe Biden trip over a bag of his bribe money the other day. Next week he will trip over a bag of fake ballots.

Well, sure, he’s big anywhere, but NJ is home...

Yes ... the job was AG ... I think Christie would’ve been better than Sessions and Trump would’ve have a much better term. Instead he listened to Jared whose daddy was prosecuted by Christie in the past. That is when Chritie turned on Trump. You could see it in his face at the press conference the day Trump announced his AG pick.
