A reporter on the ground in Donetsk is reporting that Ukrainians are using HIMARS rockets against civilian targets. What they do is launch a few rockets, then wait a while until they believe that first responders (fireman, medics, rescuers) have responded, then they throw more rockets into that area to kill them. This is a violation of the Geneva convention.

But, hey, you believe whatever you want to believe.

I, for one, would be embarrassed to be supporting a leader wearing the insignia of the OUN which has ties to Nazism and ethnic cleansing.
