On Tuesday afternoon, Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, announced that the FBI refused to apply with his subpoena and thus he will be holding FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress. Chairman Comer is demanding that the FBI hand over a document that a whistleblower alleges documents President Biden's bribery scheme.
"Today, the FBI informed [GOP Oversight] that it will not provide the unclassified documents subpoenaed by the Committee," Comer announced in a tweet. "The Committee will now be taking steps to hold FBI Director Wray in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a lawful subpoena."

The proper response is contempt of Congress followed by a warrant for arrest then send USMarsalls to FBI hq with orders to use what ever force needed to perp walk Wray out the front door but the GOP are spineless useless f*cks so they won’t fight for honest government.

It means nothing unless they are willing to prosecute. Erick Holder was held in contempt too. It meant nothing. Crimes are only committed when republicans do it.
Soon it will be proven that he is in the top tier and most everyone else is in the bottom tier of the two-tier justice system.
They are trying to distract us from the debt ceiling agreement fiasco.
As to Wray being held in contempt, I’ve watched this play before. I know how it ends.
