The current hysterical actions and statements of Prigozhin are a consequence of his attempt to save himself from the anger of the Kremlin’s top leadership.
...
The Wagner Group chief was also unable to capture Bakhmut after months of fighting, despite receiving Putin’s approval to recruit criminals strictly for the purpose. So, Prigozhin’s recent statements about withdrawing his group from Bakhmut and his extensive interview on the topic of how “we can f**k up Russia thanks to the Kremlin elite” are nothing more than an attempt at self-defense.
Prigozhin is a product of the Putin system, but now his position as “Putin’s chef” has weakened within it, as he is no longer fighting against Ukraine but for his own skin, Maxim Reznik, former member of the legislative assembly of St. Petersburg, told NV.
“You see, Prigozhin is a patriot of his own hide,” said Reznik.

Either that, or he will march his men into Moscow unopposed and seize power. With Russia, it’s hard to say what might happen.
Yeahhh, that’d be like Blackwater thinking they could take over DC.
Seems to me that he did a GREAT JOB, at least as I think Russians see it. He managed to get many of Ukraine’s best troops ‘neutralized’ along with huge quantities of Western weapons, which CANNOT be replaced for years (sorry Neocons, but when you let our military industry base rot for decades, you shouldn’t be surprised that it comes back to bite you in a war - should have learned that from WW2 and other wars).
As for his antics, many think Prigozhin was trolling the West into dumping more weapons into Bakhmut, as that was clearly the end result.
When you get the end of the Yahoo article, it says “Read the original article on The New Voice of Ukraine”.
I’m not believing much of anything from any side. Lots of speculation in this article. Will he be sent to Sudan? Maybe. After all he did recently call Putin a word for a part of the nether anatomy everyone has. But it’s just one man’s speculation that Yahoo turned into a headline.
Prigozhin is certainly an um, interesting character. We’ll see what becomes of him, I suppose.
Prigozhin will not die of old age... An untimely death awaits him, Putin and pretty much everyone in the Russian hierarchy who’s associated with the Ukraine invasion.
He made a couple of huge mistakes at the end:
1: Air the Kremlin’s dirty laundry when he didn’t get enough ammo.
2: Saying he would give the Ukrainians Russian troop positions if he didn’t get what he wanted.
He’s lucky they weren’t fatal mistakes.

#1 may have been trolling, but #2, yea, he is lucky to be alive.
You apparently never mastered the shape sorter.
Please go back to Pre-K and try again.
This opinion piece quotes Reznik?
Lol!
If Prig goes to Sudan it will be because the govt there hires Wagner to train its forces and perhaps fight with them to sort out the murderous ongoing civil war, as several other African nations have done.
He will probably go to Sudan and fall out of a window.
This is Russia. Prigozhin finds a way to get in the Kremlin. Putin gets ambushed at one of his dachas. But the Russian Defense Ministry hates Prigozhin. More likely someone from the FSB would take charge instead.
