At least two people have been killed and 23 injured in a missile strike on a medical clinic in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, the regional governor says.
Of the 23 injured, 21 are in hospital and three are in a serious condition.
Two boys aged three and six were also among the wounded, governor Serhiy Lysak said.
Russian strikes on Ukraine have intensified in recent weeks ahead of an expected Ukrainian counteroffensive.
Mr Zelensky posted a video of the damaged clinic that showed firefighters at the scene and smoke billowing from the building.
"Russian terrorists once again confirm their status of fighters against everything humane and honest," he said.

I don’t believe anything I hear from any source Russian, Ukraine or Western .
Everything is a media managed or staged lie.
Oh..it’s reported as fake.
But hey, some will buy it.
It looks like the building's exterior, aesthetic condition was poor before the strike. What is needed to tell whether or not this is or isn't another "Ghost Of Kiev" "Youcrayne's winning in Bakhmut" "Ruzzziiiaans eat babies" fantasy tale is a recent photo of the building, showing it as a very recently operational hospital, before the damage happened to it.
For now, I'll conclude from the pic that this is a derelict or empty building that got hit by a rocket or bomb through the roof.
BBC is always good for a laugh troll.....
yea they bombed it so they could eat the babies from the maternity ward....
Hey man - Bakhmut is still liberated!
Just because it is a derelict building doesn’t mean it wasn’t being used for an hospital. Dnipro is a war zone and in a war zone you use what you have.
Also, the images of a clinical hospital in Dnipro correspond with the design of the ruined building we see in the news. The “clinical hospital” description also explains the variations in the media calling it either a clinic or an hospital.
As an experienced builder I am sure you will see the similarities.

You're joking, right? One's five floors. The other's three floors. The facades are completely different too. All of the window frames in the blown up building were removed prior to the blast. It is clearly a derelict or abandoned building that was hit.
Could there have been people inside who were medical patients? Or, could there have been Youcraynian soldiers/weapons/supplies? I don't know. But one thing's for sure, I believe nothing - absolutely nothing - from either Youcraynian or Ruzziiaaan propaganda mills.
As has been said many times, "The first casualty of war is Truth." In this conflict, each side seems to constantly try outdoing the other with corny jingoism and fantastical bullcrap.
Dnipropetrovsk City Hospital No. 14
Have you ever seen a building shortly after it has been bombed?
That picture looks like something from a D-rate Hollywood movie set.
Russia is d-rate country so that fits.
