Read the comments, not favorable for DeSantis. Many other examples of DeSantis misrepresenting his ‘stance’ on COVID exist as well. Guaranteed Trump will point out every lie DeSantis is peddling during the primary. It will be brutal for DeSantis the typical politician who says a lot without anything concrete.
For the nonbelievers here, check out twitter, the lies are already being exposed there by many every day. The dirt is there but not seen or shared on FR because media, including radio, are too busy building a split in the party. And the DeSantis fools here have no clue this dirt exists. It’s there and ready for the primary.
FYI - for those interested in seeing some of the dirt, follow Robert Barnes on twitter. You don’t have to be a member to see someone’s page. I have his page bookmarked on safari for convenience. Barnes isn’t the only one, I follow him because he typically covers the bases on most topics. And he isn’t an ideologue.
I posted this because DeSantis supporters here continue to state that Trump gave the nation Fauci and Birx, that he should have fired them for being so terrible, yet DeSantis was fine with Birx (and Fauci). My point, the COVID argument is the only ammo DeSantis has against Trump and it will be dismantled come primary time…..because it’s a lie.

This is called a flaming rebuttal — in response to DeSantis’ criticism of Trump today for following the advice of these medical experts in the early days of the COVID fiasco.
This is the same Birx who was on Trump’s COVID advisory board… the scarf wearer Trump praised, along with Fauci on a regular basis in the early going, correct?
How about we just post the truth, aka history, on each candidates stated policy positions and their comments about their competitors.

if we tell the truth and have dispassionate discussions of the records of various candidates, relating to Covid, we are going to find many shortcomings for both DeSantis and Trump.
And we will also find many actions taken by both which were beneficial.
Someone on another thread, said people are tired of talking about Covid. There too, let’s discuss the records of candidates on issues besides Covid.
For some reason, who said what about whom during Covid, seems to be a really hot issue in the GOP presidential race.
