One thing about Donald Trump. Subtlety is not a core competency. He enjoys mouthing off in order to be the center of attention. Often to his benefit and sometimes to his detriment. Obviously, you have to put this on a per capita basis. According to the excerpt, that puts Florida at 18 not 3.
Also, this should be adjusted for age. It’s been known from the beginning that Covid-19, just like the flu, is hardest on old people, those with pre-existing conditions, and old people with pre-existing conditions. Florida is where people go to retire. All things considered; you would expect Florida to be higher than 18 on the list.
As a senior, I felt that I had more medical freedom in Florida than in many other states. I half expected roadblocks and a demand for a vaccine passport before entering Kemps’ Georgia, where I also reside.
Trump did a great job as President. I will never forget. We were robbed. I hope he does not self-immolate now.
