Exactly. I would actually like to see Trump name some of his top cabinet choices, at some point in the campaign. At least a short list of potential picks - like he did with the Supreme Court, would be good. Of course, if Trump did that, DeSantis would follow suit, probably stealing some names from Trump’s list, just for optics, along with a few deep staters that would represent the REAL list from which he would choose.

Agreed. I think ALL candidates need to release their lists and say, this is who I will nominate to these positions. Far as I'm concerned, we're not making informed decisions on who to vote for because we don't know what we're voting for until it's time. Problem is, will they be confirmed by the GOPe Swamp Monsters?

That’s a good question. But at least if Trump were to provide a list, we would know where his head’s at, on the subject.
And it might give him more political leverage to push his picks through if he could say “I was just elected to lead the country. These are the people I promised to fill my cabinet with, and these are the people that the voters who voted for me want to see in those positions.”
