They tried to do that with the Daniel Penny case a few weeks ago.

If you haven’t heard, Penny who is white, was on a subway when this black guy Jordan Neely who had 44 arrests under his belt, started threatening passengers.

So Penny who is a retired Marine, put Neely in a chokehold. For some reason though, Neely died. So now BLM, AOC, the eneMedia are trying to portray it as a case of racism, that Penny killed Neely because he’s racist which is absurd, and they want him charged with murder which the corrupt DA complied with and arrested him when it in fact he should be given a medal.

A Penny acquittal (unlikely, IMO) could still provide impetus to riot. I don’t think the left wants rioting if it can harm then in 2024, though.
