Oakland - A tow truck driver deliberately slammed into an SUV at a gas station in Oakland last week to protect a woman he said was about to get robbed at gunpoint.
Andy, who asked to not reveal his last name, was at a service station on Hegenberger Road near Oakland International Airport Thursday when he saw one suspect with a gun get out of the SUV and approach her. He said he saw the armed suspects trying to break into parked cars across the street before they approached the woman.

I was eondering if he was arrested, too for assault with a deadly weapon. A big, petroleum powered vehicle.
If it’s a Federal trial and the FBI is involved you should vote to acquit no matter what the charges are.

The ultimate jury nullification: ignore the notices and refuse to show up. That's what I do. Works every time. The state of HELLINOIS doesn't have resources to go after real criminals, they sure as hell aren't coming after me for ignoring a USPS delivered summons.
They can't prove it was delivered, so why bother?
and then there is the black truck driver in texas that could have stopped the shooter at that mall by running him over... and did not.

I was going to ask that, but then saw your comment. Watched a video this morning of some anti-oil protesters blocking traffic on a London street. A guy in a company van, got out and physically tried to move some of them out of the way so they could proceed. Two London bobbies come over, grab the guy trying to clear the road so he can get to work, cuff him, and take him away. There were at least three other men in the company van who got out and were yelling at the cops. The cops stood there and allowed traffic to be blocked.
That was under Bolsonarno I believe, who was kicked out as President via voter fraud, in order to make room for a new commie President. If the commie President put that law in place, it isn’t to catch actual criminals, just political opponents.
