You can’t have it both ways, if they are good MAGA people, why did they undermine Trump? If they support DeSantis, are they still anti-MAGA?

If we see that these were NOT good MAGA people, then why did Trump hire them? Why did Trump endorse DeSantis? Why Sessions, Pence, Barr, Giulini, etc? Over 100 people Trump never should have trusted.

Does the president spend hours with each low level staffer? Answer: No
Does a CEO know each and every employee? Answer: No
Does a CEO hire/vet each and every employee? Answer: No
If an employee goes rogue, does the CEO know about it? Answer: No

As for your long list of turncoats: I’d bet money that you and millions of others also trusted them in the beginning. And we were in the middle of a war, one doesn’t clear the field knowing that the replacements (if any exist) will be worse.
Pence helped Trump get elected by attracting hard core conservatives (seems ironic now, doesn’t it). Voters didn’t think Trump was conservative enough but liked Pence.
Sessions helped Trump get elected by being one of the few DC insiders that openly supported Trump. Turned out that he was owned as well.
Barr was one of a very few willing to force Mueller to stop the nonsense of dragging out the investigation for many more years. Barr knew it was nonsense and wanted to save the DOJ/FBI. And once it ended, he summarized the long report stating ‘no collusion’. He put an end to it, not for Trump but for the agencies.
Giuliani? Are you delusional? He made election integrity a national issue. He swayed many to look closer at their election processes and informed voters. He also brought us the Hunter laptop.
