Tinley Park, a suburb of Chicago, canceled its annual Armed Forces Carnival after a "flash mob" of 400 teenagers disrupted the event, fighting with each other.

Police released most of the teenagers back into the custody of their parents, while five teenagers were issued citations for fighting in public, according to authorities. I think I see the problem.
No shots were fired during the incident.
Huh. Must have been the third string team.
