Beth Ailes, Roger's widow, spoke about her husband's philosophy in running Fox. Murdoch's sons wanted him gone, and after Ailes left, Murdoch has been erasing him from Fox's history. Beth spoke with Tucker since he was let go. She also said that the only person on earth closest to her late husband is Trump. Both are leaders and have the same vision of God, family, and country.

I found it an interesting interview.

Soon, the phrase “Murdoch’s sons” is going to be right up there with “Edsel” or “betamax” or “new coke” for management blunders.
Beyond stupid.

(A sense of humor is a sign of intelligence, leftists have no sense of humor, therefore………)
I recall an interview with Ailes many years ago where he describes his founding philosophy for the network. He believed there was an untapped market for conservative views, and boy did he nail it.
Recently an article was posted to FR where the credit for the untapped market was given to Murdoch and not Ailes.

FoxNews was Ailes second conservative media coup, his first was Rush Limbaugh.

Ailes was the genius behind Fox and it ran like a Swiss watch so long as he was in charge. Once he was gone it was only a matter of time before the Murdoch sons screwed everything up.
Ailes’ big problem was he couldn’t keep his hands off of women.
