Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Names Dennis Kucinich Presidential Campaign Manager
Breitbart ^ | 05/18/2023 | JOEL B. POLLAK

Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. named former Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) as his campaign manager on Thursday, bringing a credible voice of the anti-war movement into his growing team.

In a statement, the Kennedy campaign said:

Mr. Kucinich has long been known as one of the foremost progressive voices in American politics. In 1977 he became, at age 31, the mayor of the city of Cleveland and one of the youngest big-city mayors ever. In 1996 he was elected to the House of Representatives, where he served for 16 years.

During his time in Congress, Kucinich led the effort against the Iraq War and the Patriot Act, and served as the chair of the progressive caucus. He competed in the Democratic Presidential primary in 2004 and 2008. He is the author of several books, including the acclaimed “The Division of Light and Power.”

I think there were some good things about what RFK Jr. was saying about some issues regardless of party...this is out of left field weird.

Rob has the right message... If he manages to get traction he could turn the 2024 race on the Dem side to an equivalent to the 2016 on the R side, where the peasants don’t go along with the script.

We shall see....

Not sure if this pick is a net gain or net negative or a neutral...

Guess we shall see.

It’s a bridge between the anti establishment types and the whack jobs. Sometimes I think we should all contribute. Nah.

Kucinich actually said something the other day that made sense. I can’t remember what it was. But when RFK, Jr. and Dennis Kucinich start sounding normal, what has happened to the Democrats?

We are now at a point where RFK Jr and Kookcinich are the only Democrats making any sense.

Dennis Kucinich: 78 year-old campaign manager?

I get that RFK Jr. is a populist-leftist. He’s at least better than the fascist-statist left that’s in power now in DC

But Kucinich?

He was pro-life, but then when he ran for president he switched.

It seems like it was gradual, and really ramped up with Obama. The Democrat Party is filled with extreme wackos that are seriously trying to destroy this country. And while RFK, Jr and Kucinich might seem as though they're not quite on board with everything the party is doing, the fact that they still call themselves Democrats show that they have not become any less insane.

Even though I disagree with 90% of what they stand for, both are true traditional liberals who you could sit down with and negotiate the solutions to real problems and each side would not hate each other afterwards

Today it’s a zero sum game one side wins and other is annihilated never to be seen again

They say a firefly lives about two months. Bright. Shiny in the darkness. Then gone.

I agree he had a good effect on the otherwise totally worthless Left when he spoke against their party line a couple of issues. Great nostalgia, too. But Kucinich is a long time source of evil.

Kucinich is establishment uniparty. RFK’s Jr’s one good point, that he’s anti uniparty, is now trashed.

Stupidity on display. I was hoping Kennedy might make some headway but knew the State Controlled Media would censure him. Now he chooses an idiot as campaign manager. Idiocy.
