Is there not a way to obtain a list or check to see if someone’s name was spied upon so legal action can be brought against the FBI and Federal Gov?

The political Stalin-like show trial regarding January 6th, is an kangaroo trial of the worst order. Yes, there were some people who damaged federal property, yes there were some people who attacked police officers, but no where near the sedition, treason, and other imprisonment tactics used to make a point.

When the DOJ/FBI do it, it is not a criminal activity but a "misstep". No need to look into these missteps. Only you peasants need to follow the law.
