The Main Customs Administration of the People’s Republic of China has included the port of Vladivostok in its internal logistics. It is assumed that cargo from the northern provinces will be delivered to the southern ones through the seaside hub, the Foreign Ministry office in Vladivostok reports. The news was picked up by the Western media, which obviously hastened to interpret the “threat”.
The innovation will significantly reduce and reduce the cost of the delivery shoulder. Now the transportation of goods from the provinces of Jilin and Heilongjiang to the south of China is carried out through the ports of Dalian province, the distance to which is about a thousand kilometers. At the same time, the distance to the port of Vladivostok is 200 km.
The status of a transit port for domestic trade was granted to Vladivostok by the Main Customs Administration of the People's Republic of China.
Earlier this year, China began using traditional Chinese names on maps of Russia’s Far East.
Vladivostok is called ‘Hai Shen Wai’ (from Mandarin 海參崴/海参崴 — Hǎishēnwēi, literally “sea cucumber bay”).
Russia annexed the city from China in 1860. The area of Primorsky Krai used to be Chinese province of Heilongjiang. It was ceded by China to Russia as a result of the Treaty of Aigun of 1858 and the Treaty of Peking of 1860
ALL YOUR PORTS ARE BELONG TO US.
In laymen’s terms china is going to smack Russia around and take the land back, fairly soon?
That was probably the deal Putin made with Xi to get quiet Chinese support, electronics, and ammunition for the war in Ukraine.
bkmk
Or are they all comfy in their psychotic delusions?
Yes they also just bought 24% of a large port in Germany now they have some all over the world.
Any port in a war oh wait a storm.
After Biden helps Jinping by depleting Russia (by sending billions of our taxpayer money to Ukraine) then Jinping is going to make a move on Siberia and all it’s rich resources.
