Yeah, we just need to send a few billion more worthless weapons to the Ukes for the Russians to destroy. Haha, what’s really disgusting is the number of “conservatives” that still get on their knees for the neocon empire building schemes that always end in billions of lost money and dead people. Haha wait, I’m sure a blue and yellow flag in your bio will fix everything.

There will be winner. There will be an energy supplier to Europe. So our choice as conservatives is do we want American energy supply to Europe or do we want to Make Russia Great Again? That choice is good American energy jobs here or more resources for those Russians, etc., who wish our destruction. Decisions, decisions.

While I agree that blowing up Germany’s natural gas pipelines is a shot in the arm for (American) Big Oil, actually, the winner will be China as they make the solar panels, windmills, and batteries that Europe will soon be (nearly) 100% reliant on.

Russia’s clear goal is to not get dragged into this new-world energy system and maintain the capability to export their resources to the 85% of the world that has NOT sanctioned them.

We could have continued to support sane free market solutions of energy production domestically. More fracking and more drilling, etc. and won in an open market competition to provide cheaper energy sources. Then no one needed to die.

I prefer not to use war as a means to make money.

So you’d prefer Russia have more resources available to attack us as they have historically? Interesting.

Its still raining in Ukraine - they are waiting for better weather and some necessary Western equipment.

Previous dates were just internet guesses - and not official.

The minor UA assaults on the southern and northern flanks of Bakhmut have already taken over 20km.

Meanwhile the PMC has advanced a few blocks further into the the city, while placing itself in further danger of encirclement.

The Russian regulars took a small chunk near Krimina in the north. Nothing significant and is not confirmed.

UA forces are accumulating in the Kherson region.

I’d prefer not to kill anyone for profit. We can beat russia through economics when it comes to oil and gas.

Since you raised the point, why is your first choice war and death over market competition?

LOL. “No blood for oil!” Where have I heard that before? Russia again choses war, genocide and mass murder on a smaller neighbor. How Americans respond is up to us. Reagan taught us all people have a God given right to live in peace and not as slaves in the filthy Russian World. That’s why nearly all of Ukraine’s neighbors support them. That is morally, politically and economically the right thing to do for conservatives. Unless, of course, you want to Make Russia Great Again. If that’s the case then I understand your US disengagement position.

Reagan also taught us we can economically bear Russia. I am not some hippie, I am also not a neo con. The Ukraine war has no winners execpt the elite you end up helping with all these deaths.

Well I’ve heard plenty about how Russia was winning, but a lot more about how Ukraine was winning. Do not finding it surprising that there would be people dug into each outlook by now calling each other names.

Russia is NOT the old Soviet Union and did NOT have to be our enemy.

We made Russia our enemy because our political elite and oligarch class wanted to destroy and Russia and raid like they have done in Ukraine.

We wanted this proxy war. We've done everything to thwart peace and keep it going. And, it has been disaster.

We've pushed Russia into an alliance with China. We have sanction war hurt us more than Russia. And, this war has given rise to BRICS and de-dollarization which could ultimately destroy our economy.

They should have signed Putin's peace deal back in April 2022. Now they are practically defenseless. I'm hearing that around 1400 dead a day around Bachmut, while Russian casualties are "very low". You can see why. They'll just grind that building down to dust.
