Not going to happen. Military tribunals have no jurisdiction over civilians in the US.

However, military tribunals are sometimes used to try individuals not affiliated with a particular state’s military who are nonetheless accused of being combatants and acting in violation of the laws of war.
When military law is introduced the constitution and the courts are suspended. Everyone is subject to military tribunals at that point.
According to many sources including people who will actually be attending the military tribunals at Gitmo start next month and run through July. Doubtful this is being directed by Joe Biden’s regime.
