Common Sense Gun Control is obviously called for. Visited the place 15 years ago, and had two run-ins on the street. Never again.
The only gun control that matters is “controlling” the person holding the gun.
One way Chicago could substantially reduce the gunfire is to pass laws that don’t offend the 2nd Amendment.
One such law could be that if you were caught using a gun while committing a crime you would be immediately deported to a work camp in an Amazon Jungle for 5 years.
A good example of your life in such a camp would be Papillon. All male persons in the worst precincts in Chicago should be forced to watched Papillon.
