Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said Saturday that he would close down the southern border to restore order, just days after the lifting of Title 42 has unleashed chaos there — and urged President Biden to “put us in.”
“I’d shut down the border immediately — why are we letting this happen? It’s hurting people. You deserve to have a secure border, you deserve to have a rule of law,” the expected 2024 presidential candidate told a packed audience in Sioux Center, Iowa, where he attended Republican Rep. Randy Feenstra’s 3rd annual Family Picnic.
“Don’t tell me foreigners can just decide to come across the border when they want to. We decide who comes into this country as Americans. We have every right to have that border secured and not have this disaster unfolding,” DeSantis said.

Cool story bro. At this point, any Republican and not just DeSantis, has to explain to me why I should believe them. To hear Bush tell it, the border was secure when he was there. Then in 2017 and 2018, the Republicans had the House, the Senate and a president begging for wall funding. They flipped us the finger, and embraced Wall Street donors and WEF.
The border flood is brought to us by Democrats who see them as voters, and Republicans beholden to their donors who want them as cheap labor. I don’t believe DeSantis at this point or any other Republican. It takes more than just a statement that they would close it. I want a detailed explanations of how he’s going to get a Republican Congress to go along with it. I don’t want to hear anything about a path of citizenship, dreamers, anything. Otherwise it’s just more bullshit from DC GOP.
His Globalist and Bushite Donors would not allow it.
So tell me, where does desanctomonious stand on the 2020 election and persecution of the J6th protesters? These are American citizens being deprived of their rights. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, Declare the actions of most everyone in his administration a “criminal enterprise” then use current Civil Asset Forfeiture laws to STRIP ALL ASSETS FROM THEM. You don’t even have to prove anything or go to court, THEY CAN’T STOP IT

I want to also hear how he intends to seize the assets of the NGOs, and everyone including the US government agencies that are funding the buses and airline flights. Is he gonna go after Lutherans social services? Catholic social services etc.?

He is saying the same thing every Republican his said for the last 20 years. Bush claimed the border was not open. Our Republican Congress and Senate claimed it was not a wide open border. The yammer on about path to citizenship, dreamers, an orderly process, “these are good people”, a smart wall, you name it.
And the entire time they poured in. Text more than a statement saying I would close the border. Right now, it just smells like more Republican BS.
