There was this one weird episode of Star Trek where the crew of the ISS Enterprise meet their alternate selves in a mirror universe. In this mirror universe, there existed a strange harmony amongst all of the crew. Nobody plotted to be the next captain--nor even against on another. Punishments were unbelievably light where they existed at all. ("Confinement to quarters" they called it.) And yet, somehow, they all managed to work together willingly toward common goals. (I said it was weird!)

Strangely, I think it would be kinda cool to live and work like that. But who am I kidding? Just fun to think about once in awhile. Like in that weird episode.
