This started under Woodrow Wilson, and his attempt at implementing an administrative/Fascist state. Numb nuts LBJ advanced it with the “Great Society” to bring the minority groups “to heel”, and with the assistance of the U.N., and the WEF, (via Agenda 21, and the current version entitled Agenda 2030) “Jug Ears” Obama, and his lap dog media D-Bags were/are able to perpetuate it/make it the “norm”. :(

Actually they tried this under Cuomo’s HUD in the mid nineties on a smaller scale which had the worst Section 8 recipients move to the suburbs.
Soon the loud party, drug complaints came rolling in by the suburban neighbors. Reports of dirty diapers tossed out the window into the driveway was common.
The S8 tenants soon wanted to move back to the cities anyway away from the “whiteness” of suburbia. The whole thing was a miserable failure and the landlords who participated in the program were never forgiven by their neighbors.
Funny thing was that the high end neighborhoods that the S8 administrators lived in were purposely “red lined” out of the program.
