The left's war on gas and oil is the root problem of the increased cost in every product and service being created or provided.

I don't claim to be an economic expert, but that's my perception as well.

Your perception is correct. Everything including food and fuel are delivered by diesel trucks. The increased cost of diesel gets passed along. This is especially cruel with groceries because the grocery industry’s profit margin is very thin to start with.
