rnor of New Hampshire, Chris Sununu, said it was “embarrassing” that Republican voters from his state laughed and applauded when Donald Trump mocked E Jean Carroll during a CNN town hall this week.
Sununu may yet have to court such voters in a presidential run of his own.
Nonetheless, the governor said, the town hall audience’s behavior “doesn’t shine a positive light on New Hampshire”.
In New York on Tuesday, a jury in a civil case found Trump liable for sexual battery and defamation regarding a 1996 assault in a New York department store changing room which Carroll described in a book in 2019. The former president was ordered to pay about $5m in damages.
Regardless, at Wednesday’s CNN event in Manchester, New Hampshire, Trump said he had “no idea who the hell” Carroll was and called her a “whack job”.
He also said he “had a picture taken years ago with her and her husband, nice guy, John Johnson. He was a newscaster, very nice man. She called him an ape, happens to be African American. Called him an ape – the judge wouldn’t allow us to put that in. Her dog or her cat was named Vagina, the judge wouldn’t allow to put that in.”
Audience members laughed.

Who will be more in tune with NH voters then?
He was jealous because they are not supporting him. RINO = ELITE = UNIPARTY
E Jean Carroll who in 2012 was “a massive fan of the Apprentice”. Yes, that is more than 15 years after the alleged rape took place. Go figure!
But soon you won't be able to differentiate NH from Kalifornia when it comes to taxes...the 2nd Amendment...
Sunny Boy is so embarrassed that 50+% of the US population are too dumb to comply with Party dogma.
I can see Trump cruising the dressing rooms of a department store for skanks when he had a hotel right next door and was such a germaphobe he had to undergo therapy to be able to shake peoples’ hands. </sarcasm>
Despite efforts by the Sununus since 2000, they have failed to secure a Republican presidential victory in New Hampshire. If Sununu had the least bit self respect and humility, he would admit that he and the NH GOP are doing something wrong. The establishment GOP and politicians like Sununu keep New England from being reliably red. The key to victory is to not be like the Democrats.
Sunnunu and NH should be horrified that his family
raped, jailed, raped, and sold boys for years.
But NH could not care that it is involved in fentanyl
incoming or child rape.
Pusillanimous son of a feckless father. Who cares.

Chris Sununu saw the underbelly of the Trump supporters, and he was shocked, AHOCKED, that he even lives in the same state with them. It is not Trump for whom Governor Sununu had a particular distaste, it is for these belligerent, recalcitrant, mavericks that cheer each time Trump scores a point.
The Governor considers the3se “deplorables” to be politically unreliable. As rightly he should.
People like this loser are just jealous and petty. Its inconceivable to fools like him that Trump still continues to hold the spotlight and the sway over the GOP. Its something Sununu has wanted his whole life and simply never will attain… and it hurts.
Is it just me or does the name Sununu sound like a Teletubby that didn’t make the cut and is bitter about the whole deal?
Sununu Is the kind of President RINO’s dream of.
What’s his FR screen name?
Why every respectable lady picks out some enticing lingerie and invites a man into a dressing room to have his way with her.
Kindly supply a link so I can understand that better.
Republicans should not throw stones at their leading presidential candidate.
The insurance and related affordable housing problems are not seen to have been solved here in Florida and DeSantis may not be positioned to replace Trump.
He’s worse than his old man.
