In most wars, someone who admits that his troops are in danger of being wiped out, would be called a traitor.
In war, you don't give hope the the opposing forces, and this guy is telling them that, they're close to success.
So So, I smell disinformation on the part of the Wagner leader, and by the Russians. Meaning that, the Ukrainians had better be very careful on their approach to the fighting.
