House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky) blasted the mainstream media Thursday, accusing them of covering for the Biden family in their alleged crimes involving China and money laundering.
"The media is part of the problem," Comer told the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show. "The Biden family wouldn't do things like this if they thought they would be held accountable in the media."
Comer previously said his committee had uncovered information suggesting that "10 or 12 Biden family members" participated in efforts to "launder or hide" money from "Communist China and other countries around the world."
The White House pushed back against Comer's probe this week, claiming it is an "evidence-free, politically-motivated 'investigation'" into the Biden family.
Comer remained focused on the media, calling them "tone deaf" for avoiding coverage of this scandal.

A Pentagon executive was married to a CBS White House military reporter, an Obama staff member was married to a MSNBC reporter etc.
They all have relationships by blood or marriage with each other and it is a major collusion to keep information away from the people.
When some say a "conspiracy" can't be real, because too many people are involved and someone would talk. (Russian/Trump collusion lie for instance). Those people do not realize how many of these people have a vested financial interest in NOT saying a word.
Comer’s complete failure to actually produce evidence is part of the problem.
He promised evidence. He produced a sternly worded letter.
This is why we lose.

The Problem is there are 270 some Republicans in Congress.
How many not on Comer’s Committee - came out and commented on the over $10 Million they found going to NINE Biden’s by looking at just four banks (many more to come)?
How many of the 270 commented on the FBi obstructing and hiding the Biden Documents?
No opposition to Biden.

Bs - I read the 36 pages, it is full of direct evidence. Bank and fed wire images with the Biden family receiving big $$ is evidence.
How can you possibly claim this is not evidence?
Then you saw a better document than I did. All I saw was a collection of paragraphs containing accusations. I’ll make an effort to find the document with images of bank transfers.

I remember all the Fox News army of flying monkeys put the big Pressure Campaign to accept and push for a Mueller Special Counsel to Get Trump. They said, if he doesn’t agree, if you don’t agree, then you are hiding something! Why wouldn’t you want to be cleared?
Notice, they don’t have that opinion now that Biden’s DoJ is holding the Evidence and protecting Joe.
Where o’ where have their instincts gone?
Joe could direct the FBi to produce the Documents, but he won’t.

Comer’s heart seems to be in the right place, but what was he expecting? All conservative media and (it would appear) politics are based on the idea of convincing people who cannot be convinced. The media is not going to change. They will not be shamed. They will not be convinced.
I think rather than focus on the bribe part, they should focus on the harm done to the country.
That “no evidence” crap is nothing but media BS.

There is a 36 page document clearly proving all the money laundering and grifting/bribery claims. I read the whole thing (pdf) that I found on truth social.
