I’ve always thought that 2024 belonged to Trump. I thought DeSantis would be wise to wait for 2028 and then make his move.

Well at least the criticism is at the people supporting DeSantis, its their money and they continue the utter abject stupidity and dysfunction the Republicans have always been. That’s not RDSs fault. One of these guys have to win next year. If Trumps falters or fails, there has to be something left of DeSantis to carry us over the finish line. We shouldn’t put all our eggs in one basket with Trump.

‘engaged in the battle’

I had to double take on that.

Trump followers are noisy fans in the bleachers. They are not engaged in battle on the battlefield...for the most part. If each Trump spectator had convinced just one non-Trump person to vote for Trump the story would be different.

My family prayed for missionaries to convert non-believers to Jesus. They didn’t complain that the non-believers acted like non-believers. But the real action was with the missioaries.

Trump believers need to convert the heathen. Noisy spectators don’t come close to those praying for the missionaries.

The noisy spectators need to get out of the bleachers and get on the battle field...and learn how to fight on the battle field to win...and... noise may not be the way... crying about the last battle might not be the way.
