After more than 11,000 migrants were caught crossing the southern border on Tuesday, the Biden administration is now preparing a memo that will direct Customs and Border Protection to begin releasing migrants into the United States without court dates or the ability to track them, according to three sources familiar with the plans.
The Biden administration began releasing migrants without court dates to alleviate overcrowding in March 2021, but had previously enrolled those migrants in a program known as Alternatives to Detention, which required them to check in on a mobile app until they were eventually given a court date. The new policy would release them on “parole” with a notice to report to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office but without enrolling them in the program.

That’s why we used to process immigrants from an island port of entry, regardless of where they were from or how they got here.
No way to track them but you can bet the IRS, NSA, DHS etc. know where you are.

To be strictly fair, what, precisely *can* they do at the current time? Anything they come up with will die in the Senate either directly or when attempting to override a veto.
The problem is that a lot of our Republican elected reps didn’t do anything when they *did* have both houses and the White House. We need to be primarying most of them.
(This is also the problem with staying home in the general if your candidate didn’t win in the primary. A RINO may not vote for what is needed sometimes, but an elected Democrat has zero practical chance of voting with the Republicans and therefore we lose. ‘Hold your nose’ and then dealing with the problem in the next primary is what the Dems do and one reason why they keep winning. But hey, the GOP is called The Stupid Party for a reason...)
Isn’ THAT what they have been doing all along?
It seems to me that there should be some kind of tracking chip that could be inserted into this folks, like the chips that are put into dogs and cats? As non-citizens and criminals i.e. illegal entry, I don’t consider them as having privacy rights to say “this ain’t fair/legal.”
The point man should be arrested because if one American is killed by anyone of these unknown illegals, that is tantamount to being an accessory to murder.
