It’s not uncommon for owners of small convenience stores to buy snap cards for half the value and then use the card to buy a bunch of soda pops and snacks to stock their shelves.

Why they would allow SNAP benefits to pay for Mickey Ds, soda, junk food, ribeye steaks, and lobster is totally stupid and PROVES that SNAP is nothing but a vote-buying scheme - PERIOD!

Water, dried beans, canned vegetables, powdered milk, canned/shelf-life cheese, the cheapest bread, and the cheapest ground beef, chicken, and pork-cuts available should be the only thing SNAP will purchase!

Of course, that is just my opinion!
