Barr flips and flops all over the place with Trump. Imagine the chaos Barr’s wife has married to him. Life for her would be like bouncing off the walls.
I hope Trump has learned from his selection of cabinet members how to pick his team in 2024.
“After experiencing a series of financial setbacks in the early 1990s, New York real-estate developer Donald Trump changed his business strategy from borrowing to build and purchase assets, to licensing his name to others. Producer Mark Burnett approached Trump about a new television show. Although Trump was skeptical, stating that reality television ‘was for the bottom-feeders of society’, Burnett proposed that Trump appear as himself, a successful businessman with a luxurious lifestyle.
“The show was co-produced by Burnett and Trump, its first season having aired in early 2004. The premise of the show, which bills itself as the “ultimate job interview” in the “ultimate jungle”, is to conduct a job talent search for a person to head one of Trump’s companies. The position starts with an introductory one-year contract...
“The popularity of the show led to Trump becoming known for his fateful catch phrase, ‘You’re fired!’”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Apprentice_(American_TV_series)
I’ll note: “The Apprentice was so successful that, according to Trump, he earned $214 million from 14 seasons of the show, plus more from related product licensing as his name as a brand became more valuable.”
Barr: “he will deliver chaos.”
He continued
“and where the heck is my delivery order of a dozen chocolate iced custard donuts? I’m gonna faint.”
As I see it Trump made one colossal mistake.
He made Jeff Sessions his Attorney General.
One time I liked Sessions, but I now realize he is a weak man or worse.
Democrat presidents get “Wing Man” attorney generals.
If Sessions hadn’t appointed a Special Counsel, Trump would have been spared a world of grief. The Russia Hoax would have gone nowhere.
I want to know from Trump who he would appoint this time around as Attorney General if he wins in 2024, and he has my full backing.
Any ideas on who he should appoint?
Richard Grenell? Kash Patel ? Devin Nunes? John Ratcliff? DJT Jr.?
eff off Bill Barr.
Let’s look at this from Barr’s feelings after the past few years.
I love President Trump and he has a healthy respect for loyalty. If he feels he is being treated disrespectfully, he is not mean, crass or vindictive about it, BUT, he has a way of getting certain things in place that make the traitor ...uncomfortable.
If President Trump wins this election, Mr Barr, who I believe is borderline treasonous, MAY have some “concerns.”
I’m sure Bill already has some concerns and THE COWARD WILL SAY ANYTHING to try to hurt DJT’s chances.
Thank you for the info. I recall that John Sununu recommended David Souter. The President has the responsibility, and can’t blame mistakes on bad advice. As Harry Truman memorably put it, the buck stops here.
“If Sessions hadn’t appointed a Special Counsel, Trump would have been spared a world of grief. The Russia Hoax would have gone nowhere.”
It went nowhere except to the Special Counsel’s bank account.
The Russia Hoax has been among the smallest of Trump’s troubles due to its totally bogus nature.
Fooled by a Bush and a Barr, but no more
there. fixed it.
FOAD, Bags
Maybe Barr is still taking orders from a Bush.
Back-stabbing SOB who has proved himself a full member of The Swamp. And what about the daily horror show we are witnessing now with Slow Joe and Company?!
” knew Barr was a POS 30 years ago. Did you?”
From Wikipedia:
“Asked whether he thought a constitutional right to privacy included the right to an abortion, Barr responded that he believed the Constitution was not originally intended to create a right to abortion; that Roe v. Wade was thus wrongly decided; and that abortion should be a “legitimate issue for state legislators”. Barr also said at the hearings that Roe v. Wade was “the law of the land” and claimed he did not have “fixed or settled views” on abortion. Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Joe Biden, though disagreeing with Barr, responded that it was the “first candid answer” he had heard from a nominee on a question that witnesses would normally evade; Biden hailed Barr as “a throwback to the days when we actually had attorneys general that would talk to you”. Barr was approved unanimously by the Senate Judiciary Committee, was confirmed by voice vote by the full Senate, and was sworn in as attorney general on November 26, 1991.

Kindly share the basis for your belief if circumstances permit.
Jeff Sessions was the first Senator to endorse Trump, and as a sitting Senator he was easy to confirm. I really can’t blame Trump for making that mistake. If Trump had appointed a wing-man it might have been Michael Cohen LOL. It seems to me that Trump’s personnel problems started even before he became President.
My subjective impression is that Ron DeSantis has had no similar personnel problems in Florida. And apart from that, he also has the Florida Legislature backing him to the max, which I find impressive.
“he’s the last person who could actually execute them and achieve them”
What did you do to help him Braveheart?
“After graduating from law school in 2005, Patel worked as a public defender in Florida for eight years, first in the Miami-Dade County public defender’s office and later as a federal public defender.”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kash_Patel
He was “State, CIA, NSA” because Trump appointed him.
He was appointed by Bush earlier, but he was one of Trump’s loyalest appointees.
I wouldn’t want him to be VP, but I certainly wouldn’t discount him as a possible Trump appointment.
