I had folks deny that this happened, even here in the FR, but I flat out experienced it first hand with my mother.
That included depending where and for what, folks with pneumonia, heart and kidney disease as well as folks with cancer and a plethora of mental disorders.
Where it is hard to deny what happened is in the realm of mental illnesses where you saw a huge spike in suicides. Again, delays and degradation in care (virtual) were the cause.
The beauty of something like Covid is that it’s very hard to show causality. Unless of course you want to and count everyone that had mere symptoms of the flu or cold and died as a Covid fatality, as actually was the case early on and before there was a test.
While the government and medical establishment runs around waving their bullshit statistics of Covid fatalities around, the reality is that no one was counting the number of people that died because of the poor care they received.
America went backwards 2019 - 2022.
