You have to wonder about Carlson's agents - their client is a controversial figure who openly and repeatedly joked about getting fired, and they apparently had him sign an iron-clad no-compete clause that will either keep him sidelined through 2024 or pay Fox a fortune.

Carlson should buy out the no-compete clause, hire a new agent and go into business for himself. The price for his streaming rights would dwarf Joe Rogan's, and Rogan makes $60 million annually.
