Fox News is now the Bud Light of cable tv news channels. Move over CNN…
I like Lawrence Jones and all but he just isn’t cutting it for Tucker’s replacement. I just don’t feel the love.
I never watched Fox News, but did use their website and watched Carlson’s monologue each morning.
I stopped going to the website after this fiasco.

Not quite the same thing. AB Inbev can substitute revenue from other products to make up the shortfall and investors will be tickled as long as they make the numbers (in other words, put Michelob Lite or Modelo on sale).
Fox News has one product and that’s airtime. Tucker’s departure sucked the wind right out of their primetime lineup which as Megyn Kelly says “is the only thing anyone at Fox gives a s#it about, because primetime pays the bills”. A drop of 60% in the key demographic (25-54) is huge. Hannity is down 40% and poor Jesse Watters, now he’s got no one to be the lead-in to so who’s gonna watch him? Tucker was the lynchpin of Fox Nation which will be swirling the drain soon if it isn’t already.
Tucker is different, not an O’Bloviator or a pretty newsreader, he’s exactly what journalists are supposed to be, willing to ask the hard questions that no one else asks.
When he says he’s the enemy of “lying pomposity, smugness and groupthink”, a hell of a lot of pissed-off Americans give him a thumbs up and vote with their remote control.
And that is why its great to have Megyn Kelly doing her podcast. And naming names of the back-stabbers.
I was all set to pull the trigger on Fox Nation, now I’m glad I dragged my feet.
There are a lot of interesting documentaries and programs, but I am glad I didn’t subscribe.
So who’s going to be the biggest loser for its management blunder? Bud Light or Fox News? Will the loser reach New Coke levels?
For me, it doesn't matter who's sitting the chair at 8PM. If it's not Tucker, I'm not watching.

I get my internet through cable and that includes Freerepublic.

You can get internet without tv. I pay 40 per month tax included.
You should be able to cancel your TV package and keep your cable internet service. The subscription fees are a huge part of TV networks’ revenue. Even if you’re not watching them you’re still paying them.
