My twins almost died of RSV when they were 6 weeks old. One has a brain injury from it.
This past November, I got really, really sick from it. COVID was a walk in the park for me compared to RSV.
I’m 60, so I’m guessing this will be something I seriously look into as I get older.
I wish they had a vaccine for the premature babies. That’s who is really at risk.
That is my question.
Why only 60+?
Why not 50 or 40 or 30?
If it’s ‘safe’ for us 60+ THEN IT SHOULD BE SAFE FOR EVERYONE...................
Until six months ago, I thought children and babies were the ONLY high risk age group for RSV.
I will wait for five years of data before I get one.
If it is mRNA, I will wait for 10 years of data.
I’m not afraid of it. No spike proteins.
