(Reuters) -Russia accused Ukraine on Wednesday of attacking the Kremlin with drones overnight in a failed bid to kill President Vladimir Putin, according to the state-run RIA news agency.
The Kremlin said it considered the attack to be a "planned terrorist action" and reserved the right to retaliate, RIA reported.

Russia shot down 2 drones.
During the shoot down of the drone mentioned above, 2 men were on the ladder-catwalk leading up to the flag pole:

One of the 2 drones, had just flown past the flag pole that is situated above the Kremlin dome, when the drone was hit by a defense system.
