To do what? To trash talk DeSantis some more? Liberals would love that. They know they can beat/steal the election in ‘24 as they did in 2020. But if DeSantis is the nominee - they can only lose.
Trump is walking into a trap.
Under Tump, we had the deep state run wild giving us a complete suspension of all civil liberties. We lost the right to work, to run a business, to go to a damned store. We ended up with complete and total censorship of every social media anyone outside the echo chamber would ever listen to, thanks to government agencies directing social media as to what they can and cannot allow to be spoken. That censorship included censorship of medicine and science allowing tens of thousands of doctors to be fired for the crime of independently thinking. We had election fraud to the tune of millions of votes, but no-one gave a crap because orange man bad. We were beaten by a man who sat in his basement and crapped his pants instead of campaigning.
This what I love about Trump. He is bold and not afraid. The man fights his own battles.
So, this makes sense.
And suddenly, just like that, CNN wants to promote Trump again!
He’s walking into a den of vipers. Hopefully he doesn’t come out of their frustrated and throwing things against the wall. You know they’re going to bamboozle him and they’re going to nail him against the wall with the pending rape and payoff allegations. And then they’ll alter the tape or whatever have you to make them look stupid, a bigot, transphobic, racist and demonic. Trump please don’t do it ….please! Haven’t you learned anything yet sir? After all these years?….they play EVILY dirty.

Townhall formats are the worst of the worst. It allows the leftist “moderators” to choose a pack of biased sub-moderators and make selections of prearranged questions that would make Biden’s press team jealous.
Republicans should demand that only more traditional formats are allowed, but with a moderator chosen by the left and a moderator chosen by the right.
This crap is ridiculous and Trump proves once again that his ego thinks it’s smarter than the hivemind left...
When the left tells Trump: "we dare you to offend us!", Trump responds with: "I don't care if you're offended!", and America cheers. Because that's the left's usual mantra Trump is usually best against them.
But when the "right" says, "Hey, Trump. Should we fix social security?" or "Hey Trump, should we get rid of Obamacare?", Trump's response can be not so enthusiastic with his "We'll get rid of it and replace with something bigger and more beautiful then this country has ever seen!". Us conservatives don't want failed government programs to be replaced with other government programs and half the time Trump doesn't get that. I voted for Trump twice and will probably vote for him again, but I'll admit that these are the times that made me question my vote. Not once when Trump debated the left do I recall questioning my support for him.
