A judge takes the authority of their own court very seriously. I expect a bench warrant issued for his arrest and appearance in person before the court as previously ordered.
I think he missed his chance earlier when he failed to provide complete financial disclosure. Now only his appearance WITH that documentation is going to keep the judge from lowering the boom.
His financial information is more and more likely to be disclosed the longer he has dragged this out.
If our justice system was blind, he would be forced to reveal his income to the penny.
As I understand it, this court appearance is dealing with the amount of child support he pays for his child.
So, financial disclosure is needed to deal with that.
Does Hunter have a job; has he ever had a real job where he gets a paycheck for actual work, as opposed to influence peddling payments from foreign energy companies and such?
I wonder if he will claim financial hardship, if the money from influence peddling has dried up?
I wonder if he saved any money, or if he spent it all on the drugs and frittered it all away???
