As I understand it, this court appearance is dealing with the amount of child support he pays for his child.

So, financial disclosure is needed to deal with that.

Does Hunter have a job; has he ever had a real job where he gets a paycheck for actual work, as opposed to influence peddling payments from foreign energy companies and such?

I wonder if he will claim financial hardship, if the money from influence peddling has dried up?

I wonder if he saved any money, or if he spent it all on the drugs and frittered it all away???

His income reports will be very limited I imagine as he won’t want to enter too much in court records and therein lies his problem. The judge can say, this looks limited and not indicating full disclosure, I want to see all your banking records and records from related entities. Boom!

When he resists that only makes it more important to get full discovery.

I want to see him claim that, yes indeed, he did make millions but that is ending as it was all illegal influence peddling. If he doesn’t claim that then those ill gotten millions should be used in his support computation and he should have to come back after a possible reduced income has actually occurred and prove such at that time.

This could be a very nice knit to unravel.
