Turley is a good guy and I respect him, but he is on the outs like the rest of us. Democrats are invincible unless they piss off one of their masters.
His writings always pretend there is still a functioning justice system, but he is too smart not to know better.
A prosecution of Hunter would end Joe's presidency - with no legitimate successor available. "For the good of the country" the prosecution will deliver some sort of condemnation of Hunter - but refuse to act.
