Government agencies don’t comply with the Constitution. Why would they comply with the Supreme Court? What would make the Supreme Court comply with the Constitution?
They really do want us to start shooting. Tread at your own peril.
But his reputation would suffer and he cares a lot about that.
That’s why they are hiring armed IRS agents in all 50 states.
It won’t stop them if “We the people” win, not even a pause.
The SC can make these decisions?
CATS: You have no chance to survive make your time.
Should not be a Suprme Court case !
In March? It is May 1 in a few hours.
I left on the road to work, I was gone from October to February, my wife filed abandoment, and the IRS took my savings out of my bank without notifying me. I called a lawyer, by coincidence it was the lawyer she used, he apologized for not knowing I was unaware papers had been filed, and my ex beotch knew my location at all times. Not much money, but in 1978 $500 went a long way. Govt kept it for themselves, my ex got none of it. For welfare she collected. That’s welfare fraud I said, they shrugged their shoulders and ushered me out of the office. She was accepting money from my job, welfare and milking her parents and people who bought her BS. IRS flat out sux, along with DSHS.
Actually, wages are not income. Income is an increase in holdings. Wages are a trade, time for pay. If we had a Congress and a USSC with original intent, the income tax would be bye bye.
I note that the idiot that wrote this article didn’t even bother to mention the case name. it would make it a heck of a lot easier to find the oral arguments for this if they’d bothered with that critical bit of information.
If they'd bothered to mention the case name, it would be very easy to find out.
The Supremes make no difference. The feds will do whatever if they want info.
One of the features of obamacare was that the IRS could extract your “fair share” out of your bank account. It hasn’t been used yet, but it is probably still in place.
The supreme court is just a side show now.
They should be required to ask first, then if not given permission, to get a search warrant served on the taxpayer, not initially the bank. Besides, that would have deterence on anyone trying to hide finances to know that the IRS is looking, is asking, and will even seek a search warrant. It also then gives the taxpayer the right to counsel to address the search before it happens. There is no reason for the IRS to do these searches without a search warrant and in secret.
How do you figure that?
Also, repeal the 19th.
True, good idea.
Bit it is completely unconstitutional.
Not that the PTB care...
This looks like a clear Fourth Amendment violation.
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated”
Grossly, blatantly violates 4th amendment. How can it even be an issue???
