Running on Fumes: Macron Forced to Travel With Generator Truck as Unions Literally Cut Off His Power
Breitbart ^ | 04/26/2023 | PETER CADDLE

French President Emmanuel Macron is now travelling around France with his own electric generator as protesting French unions keep cutting off power during his regional visits, a report claims.

Under massive pressure as a result of his controversial pension reforms, Macron is currently undertaking a public-relations blitz in France in the hopes of rallying the general public to his side.

However, his whistle-stop tours of various regions across the country have not been going well, with the President’s visits often being met with protesters noisily banging pots and pans in the hopes of derailing the PR stunt.

The French version of Social Security has shortfalls too.

Banging pots won’t fix it.

I can’t stand Macron for many reasons but, reluctantly, I will have to give him one thumbs up for standing up to the Unions and it’s associate “mobs” on retirement benefits.

The French revolution was truly ugly. The French killed Catholic nuns, all the royals, all the bourgeoisie, it was hideous. Yes, they should have fought the Germans better, but some of the French hated the Jews and agreed with the Germans.

Watching their tactics and taking notes. We may need them here before long.

The French Revolution is Exhibit A of how bad a political revolution can be without an equally powerful spiritual revolution.

Every one of us who loves America and are grateful for the American Revolution can best honor this country by doing our best to usher in another Great Awakening.

Until someone threatens their welfare trough. Apparently the French are expecting the government to pay for them once they reach the age of 62 and horrors they’re rioting because the government raised the age to 64. Sounds like the Greeks from several years ago. I think it was Bastiat who said that government is that institution whereby everyone tries to live at the expense of everyone else.

If only they fought the Germans so hard.

Given the choice between the National Socialists and the Communists, many French supported the Germans.

General Patton agreed with them.

To be fair, the French Underground during the war had some very interesting stories. While everyone likes to pick on the French, myself included; I fear that given the condition of our own government, we aren’t any better. They are just further along the path than we are.

The mobs want to suck off of the younger working folk who will have to pay their benefits.

Get a load of this from France...

Macron bans pans using anti-terror laws in crackdown on protesters who bang them From Lille, in the north, to Lyon, in the southeast, or Bayonne, in the southwest, groups of unhappy citizens took up their kitchen utensils in clanky protests.
