Since Tucker will be paid til the end of his contract, I wonder if Tucker will be forbidden by contract from being on some competitor’s platform.
That’s what they did with Judge Napolatano (sp). They fired him but continued to pay him monthly (instead of paying out the contract in one lump) which prevented him from getting on another platform until the contract was expired.
None compete clauses are only IF you quit.
Tucker was supposedly fired.
If he was fired it is hard to say he cannot work.
