A 17-year-old is not considered legally competent to consent to sex with an adult prince.

She should therefore not be considered legally competent to consent to have her boobs chopped off.

I can only hope there is a special place in Hell for the doctors and the parents of these kids that are surgically mutilated.

I recently had a hearing test. I’m in Florida. In Florida, by LAW if there’s more than 30dB difference between the hearing in the two ears then the doctor has to send you for an MRI. The doctor was angry saying, “The legislature has no business telling me how to practice medicine. Don’t worry about this. They won’t find anything.” Two weeks later I get a call from his nurse. “You have a small meningioma. (The size of a large grape.) It’s no big deal. Just get an MRI in another year to keep an eye on it.” The doctor refused to speak to me so I managed to get a referral from my GP to a brain surgeon. He said, “Sure, it’s benign now. But because of the location, leaning on the brain’s central core and the skull, if it changes personality there’s nothing we can do. You need radiation.”

This thing had not only destroyed the hearing in one ear, it also affects my balance pretty badly. Thank you legislature for playing doctor.

Last week, physician Cody Miller Pyke assured Texas state senators that “children under the age of eighteen in this country do not have gender reassignment surgery. There isn’t a single case. . . . The rhetoric of mutilating children with scalpels is just fictitious.” Louis Apel, president of the local chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and Jessica Zwiener, a Houston-based endocrinologist, testified that “surgeries are not part of the standard of care for minors.” Zwiener also insisted that “[n]o one is touching these kids’ genitals. There’s not surgery done on minors.”

So, why oppose the bill?

Gender is a scientific term and has a scientific basis.

To misuse the words “gender” and “affirming” in cases where industrial hormones are given or consumed inconsistent with a person’s chromosomes is a form of misinformation and fraud.

To claim one is a female when one is actually a male that has been medically (and surgically) altered is a form of fraud.

To make any assertion of “transgender” is misinformation and fraud. Any licensed person or entity using the word “transgender” in connection with patient practice should have his/her/its license to practice suspended or cancelled.

I believe state legislatures require genetic testing for possible birth defects for newborns.

State legislatures highly regulate the prescription of opiate painkillers.

State legislatures and the federal government highly regulate the form of health care cost coverage.

Doctors in ERs have been forced to render care for which they will not be justly compensated for.

Surgical and/or chemical mutilation!

There's a psych disorder (can't recall its name) that features,as its defining trait, the fact that the person is convinced that one,or more,of his/her limbs don't belong to him/her. These people seek out surgeons who will surgically remove the limb(s) and, failing that, they will sometimes stage major accidents that result in the limb(s) being traumatically severed.I recall reading about train tracks being employed.

Completely delusional...just like "transgendered".

Repeat after me:

There is no such thing as transgender. It does not exist.

One cannot be “born in the wrong body”.

Anyone saying anything else is selling something and lying about it.

God made male and female.

Anything else is man made.

“In one case DeSantis provided, an individual from California received masculinizing chest surgery at 15. Under existing California law, an insurer cannot deny coverage for the surgery — which includes double mastectomies — based on a patient’s age alone.”

“The procedure is mostly offered to teenagers 15 and older, The New York Times reported.”

“gender-affirming care”

Rush Limbaugh always said words mean things. The left has learned this lesson very well. "Gender affirming care" is the left's term for mutilation.

‘Proponents of the controversial practice argue that “legislatures shouldn’t be practicing medicine.”’

If that argument held water, then anyone could hang up a shingle outside their door and start practicing medicine without any qualifications or licensing, and administer any kind of “medicine” or “therapies” that they wanted to, without any interference from the government.

But that’s not the way it is.
