Unfortunately the only the real answer is ballot harvesting.
If Republicans win they need to make sure they push for secure elections as soon as they have any real power.
In my hometown, I know the ballot harvester. I have been told he draws social security disability. He goes to whichever side wants him. I assume he is paid, but I have never seen it. I have seen his spiral notebook. He goes and “helps” people fill out absentee ballot requests. He mails them. He then goes to city hall and finds out when each person will be mailed their ballot. The next day he miraculously shows up just in time to help them fill it out and put it in the mail for them. If they say they haven’t gotten it, he offers to go to the mailbox for them. During early voting, he drives people to the polls and stops in town wherever they need to go.
