Afroman is officially running for the White House.
The rapper, 48 — born Joseph Foreman — has filed paperwork with the Federal Elections Commission to run as an Independent candidate in the upcoming 2024 US presidential election.
The Because I Got High hitmaker's presidential committee is named 'Joseph Afroman Foreman for President' according to TMZ.
The musician — who is currently being sued by police after he used footage of a raid of his home in his music videos — first announced his ambition to run for POTUS back in December during a concert in Missouri.
He also has a catchy slogan for the 2024 election, calling it '20-20-FRO election' according to the publication.
The entertainer reportedly filed the paperwork on April 18, and his platform will have a large focus on the national legalization of marijuana.
The star's campaign manager Jason Savage told the publication that Afroman's campaign will also focus on Criminal Justice Reform.
'Afroman's ongoing persecution by the overtly corrupt Adams County Sheriff’s Department perfectly highlights that this corruption of leadership has trickled down to law enforcement all across the country,' he told TMZ.
'Criminal Justice Reform and Federal Marijuana Legalization remain two of the primary planks in his campaign platform. We are asking for your support as Afroman takes on this great and worthy cause as our Cannabis Commander in Chief,' Savage added.

“used footage of a raid of his home in his music videos”
He can run as whatever but he has some dem credentials.
Nothing about lemon pound-cake?
I thought A Froman was the sausage king of Chicago.
He was.
This is a gift! If he runs as a third-party candidate, he will definitely siphon off more Dimmocrat votes than Republican.
The Democrats are about fudgepacking these days.
I was gonna run for President but then I got high.
The brother must have gotten high before this decision!
I wonder if he is for marijuana legalization.
“I was gonna file my financial disclosures,
but I got high...”
