The reason my wife’s immediate family goes back so far is because her grandmother was 40 when her mother was born, and my wife’s mother was 42 when she was born. A little unusual, but it has caused my wife to become quite a history buff.
Silly me, I though “strategic planning and communications” was something we already pay DEAs senior management to do. I guess their all tired up in DIE training.
Possibly one of the, if not the most, corrupt administration in US history.
Same for my wife’s grandfather. He was German also and moved to the USA in 1885 with his wife and kids and settled in Osh Kosh, Wisconsin. They had a hard time during both wars even though some of his sons were in the Military. My wife was born in Maryland where her dad was stationed at that time right before he got out after the war. He then moved the family to Wisconsin. When my wife was 10 her parents parted ways. Her mom move herself and 4 kids to Washington state where she had two sisters and brother out there. My wife was the oldest of the four. She’s in Bama now, my home grounds and she loves it here. Except for the tornadoes.
Yep. And she got too greedy and fired the wrong people to make room.
“according to AP”
Now, there’s a shocker right there.
My wife’s other grandfather, her dad’s father emigrated from Germany also, but he always claimed to be Dutch. He became very well off and owned an 8,000-acre farm in Illinois. I am not sure if it was claiming to be Dutch that kept him from having difficulties with his neighbors or the wealth.
My wife’s dad joined the army in 1938 and retired in 1966 after an eventful career. My wife and I have lived in Washington our entire lives, but things have gotten so crazy here that we are planning on moving. We believe that Alabama is the best choice for us. We have discussed this with others on the forum.
Absolutely... That's why there so much narcotics coming into our country. That stuff is worth a lot of money.! And the open borders makes it easy to move the product..
““The Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General is conducting the investigation” “”Why bother?””
I don’t understand why the IG of the Justice Department is investigating this. I thought each agency had its own IG for investigations - for all the good they do!! They come in AFTER the fact, issue a report and you’re right - why bother? I’ve always thought the position of IG for any agency is a waste of money. They don’t stay on top of anything. If there is nothing to investigate, what is their job?
Remember the one poor IG in CA who obozo fired FOR DOING HIS JOB? Gerald Walpin - ruined his life and was later killed crossing a street in NYC..as I recall...
